1. Outbox
Use the Outbox to complete the transmission process and to view documents sent to your trading partners. The selection boxes at the tops of the columns allow extensive searches based on these multiple criteria:

• Type: Transaction Set of the Document

• Partner: Trading Partner Name

• DocNo: Document Number

• TransDocNo: Transaction Document Number

• DocDate: Document Date

• Status: Status of the Document
