Infocon Systems and Zoho EDI

Infocon Systems offers its EDI customers a fully managed solution with an integrated electronic exchange of documents including, but not limited to, purchase orders, invoices, advance shipping notices, inventory updates that will allow them to focus on their core business. No matter what your business is, this complete solution will reduce your costs significantly and lead to a faster order management.

Our mutual customers can now not only login directly into Zoho Books and can enter all the information to be sent to their respective Trading Partners via EDI but also customize their purchase orders with their company logos, select font, background color of their choice, derive reports on top vendors, most frequently bought products, print, clone or share purchase orders for collaborative work, organize their inventory with SKU, product image, vendor details etc. The process eliminates manual data entry into two different systems making the overall transaction processing more efficient.

Infocon works on behalf of the customer to integrate their data in Zoho Books

The whole process of Zoho EDI can be divided into the following steps:

  • 1. In the very first step, EDI 850 from the trading partner is received and validated according to the specifications. Once validated successfully, we proceed to the next part else the customer is notified back with a validation error
  • 2. In second step, data is fetched from EDI 850 file and a JSON is created per Zoho - Sales orders format and pushed to customer Zoho account using Zoho API
  • 3. In the third step, shipment data is fetched for the corresponding order from Zoho Packages using Zoho API, EDI 856 is created and sent to the trading partner.
  • 4. In the fourth step, the invoice data from Zoho Invoices is fetched using Zoho API for that particular order, EDI 810 is created and sent to the trading partner

Infocon Systems can help you integrate EDI with Zoho Books providing you a fully automated order- to-cash solution which means you will have:

  • faster EDI implementation and streamlined transaction flow
  • seamless EDI workflow with increased efficiency
  • minimized manual data entry resulting in zero error
