Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine), Infor LN, and other Infor systems include EDI modules that import and export order, shipment, and invoice data, but on their own they do not translate that data into each trading partner's ANSI X12 or EDIFACT format or manage the trading partner connections. That takes an EDI translator and someone to run it. Infocon Systems provides fully managed EDI for Infor, translating each trading partner's EDI format into the customer orders, shipments, and invoices your Infor system already uses.
EDI documents commonly automated with Infor through Infocon Systems include the 850 Purchase Order, which is created in Infor as a customer order, the 810 Invoice, the 856 Advance Ship Notice (ASN), the 855 Purchase Order Acknowledgment, the 860 Purchase Order Change, the 846 Inventory Advice, the 820 Payment Order and Remittance Advice, the 812 Credit and Debit Adjustment, and the 945 Warehouse Shipping Advice. Manufacturers on Infor LN, CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine), and XA also exchange the 830 Planning Schedule and the 862 Shipping Schedule with their customers.
